Payment and Delivery

We offer several convenient ways to pay for shipping within and outside of Germany. Depending on the product description, the following options are usually available:

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we kindly ask you to transfer the invoice amount to our account. As part of the order process, you will receive an email with our bank details and the purpose of the transfer.

We also accept PayPal to provide you with an easy payment process. This process is very simple:

• Click on "PayPal" as your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
• You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
• If you already have a PayPal account, log in and complete the checkout process.
• If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one during checkout.
• Upon completion of the payment, you will be redirected to our website (www.shop.equivalue.de).

We do not charge for shipping downloadable products that contain digital content without physical media. They are delivered through a special link sent to you by email. The email is sent immediately after the contract is concluded. Please note that for prepayments the email will be sent after receipt of payment.
